Do your packages include the mount? +
Yes — all our packages include both the mount and installation. No hidden extras. If you already have your own mount, we offer installation-only pricing starting from $80.
How long does installation take? +
Most standard TV mounting jobs are completed in 30–60 minutes. More complex setups like above-fireplace or full cable concealment may take a little longer.
Can you mount on brick, concrete or stone? +
Absolutely. We work on all wall types including drywall, brick, concrete, plaster and stone. Specialty walls have small surcharges clearly listed in our pricing — always confirmed before we start.
Are there any hidden fees? +
Never. The price we quote is exactly what you pay. Any applicable surcharges are always confirmed upfront before any work begins.
Do you offer same-day service? +
Yes! We're available 8AM–8PM, 7 days a week. Same-day priority bookings are available with a $50 surcharge. Just select "Same Day" in the booking form or message us on WhatsApp.
When do I pay? +
Always after the service is complete — never before. We only collect payment once the job is done and you're fully satisfied. We accept cash, e-transfer and card.
Can you mount multiple TVs in one visit? +
Absolutely. We offer special combo pricing for 2 or more TV installations in one visit. Message us for a custom combo quote.
Do you hide the cables? +
Yes. We offer internal cable concealment ($69) and external concealment using clean raceways ($39). We'll recommend the best option for your wall type.
